Our four 40 m2 flats offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lake, creating a bright and cosy atmosphere.

They are perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 persons, with a double bed and a sofa bed providing comfort and flexibility. The room is tastefully furnished, combining functionality and modern design in a compact but well-organised space.
The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. You can therefore prepare delicious meals with ease. The flats are also equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating to ensure maximum comfort in all seasons.

The location is strategic: only 750 metres from the centre of Dervio, 1200 metres from the beach and with numerous services nearby. You can easily reach a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The railway station is only 1 km away, while the Piani di Bobbio ski lifts are within easy reach.
It is possible to bring a small pet into the flats and they are ideal for families and groups of young people who want to explore the beauty of Lake Como. Private outdoor parking and a balcony complete this unique accommodation.
