Our 4 two-room flats are located within a well-maintained residence with only 34 units and wonderful communal areas, including a panoramic sun terrace perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a sunset over the lake, and a communal garden full of ornamental plants.

Inside you will find a modern and cosy ambience. The living area is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the tools to cook excellent Italian-style dishes. The living area is completed by a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed - ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking and sightseeing.

The flats have a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
The real highlight? The private garden, a space all to oneself where one can have breakfast outdoors, read a book in the sunshine, play with the children or toast with a good Italian wine while watching the sun set behind the mountains.
Just a few metres away begins the Sentiero del Viandante, a scenic route perfect for lovers of walking, photography and authentic nature.
The location is convenient and strategic: we are just a few minutes from the exit of the SS36, the road that connects Milan to the lake and Valtellina. From here you can easily visit the most beautiful villages, the beaches of the lake, typical restaurants and all the necessary services.

The centre of Dervio is within walking distance, and has supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a large free beach where you can relax or enjoy water sports.
