Varenna Holidays is a project born in 2016 with the aim of increasing the scenario of the activities that the Molteni Group has been offering for over 40 years in the tourist/real estate market of Lake Como. This long experience has allowed us to offer our clients a wide range of high quality services and a professional, serious and reliable structure.

The starting point was the short-term rental of Vacation Homes, with selected apartments and houses; then we expanded to renting shooting spaces. Without ever stopping, we added Experiences, recreational activities to discover our beautiful territory, and last but not least, the opening of the Boutique, a store where you can purchase local and handmade products.

Varenna Holidays is now a Brand recognised by tourists from all over the world. What has allowed this great growth is certainly our Staff, who work every day with great commitment, transmitting their passion and giving emotions to those who choose us.

Overlooking the enchanting waters of Lake Como, the Residence Brezza del Lario - a new 2025 project managed by Varenna Holidays - welcomes you to an oasis of tranquillity and comfort.

Studios, two-room apartments and mezzanine-style solutions designed to offer you intimate and functional space, ideal for a romantic getaway, an active holiday or a family stay. Accessible accommodation is also available for people with disabilities.

You will wake up with the light of the lake and can set off on foot along the Sentiero del Viandante (Wayfarer's Path) or reach the SS36 in a few minutes to discover all the beauty of the area.

Breathe in the lake breeze. Live Dervio.
