A reservation can be made directly from our website. It will be confirmed once Varenna Holidays has received the deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on the booking conditions.

• If the reservation is made up to 7 days before the check-in date, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 7 days before the check-in date. The tax will be paid upon collection of the keys at check-in.
• In the event that the reservation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, payment of the full amount must be made at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The sojourn tax will be paid when collecting the keys at check-in.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

The guest is required to carefully check all details of the quote before making any payment to Varenna Holidays by virtue of the booking, and to inform the managers immediately in the event of any errors or omissions.

Staff will be present at the facility from Monday to Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

• Check-in: from 15:00 to 18:00
• Check-out: by 10 a.m.

It is not possible to enter the flat before the indicated check-in time in order to allow the cleaners to properly prepare the accommodation for your stay. However, it is possible to go to the office earlier in order to deposit your luggage while waiting for the check-in time.

If your arrival time is later than 18:00 you can check in independently and free of charge (self check-in). Instructions on how to collect the keys and how to get to the property will be provided. You will still need to come to our office the day after check-in to pay the tax. If you arrive after 18:00, you will need to check in online before arriving at the property.

Yes, the residence offers free private parking for guests.

Yes, the Wi-Fi is free and available in all flats.

Yes, animals are accepted with an extra charge of 50 euros. Please state this when making your reservation.

Upon arrival, guests will find a courtesy set for each guest consisting of shampoo, shower gel and hand soap in solid format. A starter kit of toilet paper is also provided. For further needs, guests can buy products at the COOP supermarket in Via Martiri della Liberazione, 13, 23824 Dervio LC

Towels and bed linen are included in the cost of your stay. There is an extra charge for any extra change of towels and/or bed linen. More information on the our services.
